A compassionate team dedicated to transforming mental health care in Uganda — one conversation at a time.
To provide accessible, professional and compassionate mental health counselling, career guidance, and advocacy services that empower individuals, families and communities across Uganda to thrive.
A Uganda where mental wellness is universally valued, openly discussed, and every person — regardless of background — has access to the support they need to live a fulfilling life.
Compassion. Confidentiality. Professionalism. Inclusivity. Integrity. We hold these values as the foundation of every interaction, every session, and every service we provide.
Let's Talk Foundation was established in Kampala with a clear and urgent purpose: to address the silent mental health crisis affecting thousands of Ugandans who had no safe space to speak, no professional to turn to, and no community to hold them.
Founded by Rwabuguri Gabriel Kazigo — a passionate counsellor, author and mental health advocate — the Foundation grew from a simple belief: that talking heals. In the early years, sessions were held in community spaces, schools and churches, reaching people where they were.
Today, from our offices on Kireka - Namugongo Road, Kampala, Let's Talk Foundation has expanded into a full-service mental health organisation offering counselling, career guidance, community outreach, school programmes, HIV support, and corporate wellness consultation. The vision remains unchanged: that no Ugandan should struggle alone.
